Google celebrates its 13th year! That means the Internet giant officially becomes a “teenager”.

I remember my first time using Google search engine. It was in 2003 during my first year in college. I even enjoyed clicking all the O’s until I found out it wasn’t necessary. Since then it has been a great help with my homework and research studies.

It wasn’t until I graduated that I realized my fate will be tied up with it. I worked as a Web Copywriter and later on became an SEO Specialist. There’s not a day that I don’t come in face to face with it on my computer screen. I even use it for stalking. LOL.

Moreover, 13 is a special number for me. I was born on a 13, so I don’t consider it to bring bad luck. But..

Today, I think, is an exception. We are currently having a typhoon and the power went off for almost a day. I also found out that my blog’s traffic dropped significantly. *sigh* Anyway, cheers for turning thirteen!
