My Rating: Me and my husband are both cheapskates and we found a pretty decent fast food restaurant that serves Singaporean dishes, Hainanese Delights. On our first visit, we ordered Chicken Heaven (PhP 130) and Hainanese Delights (PhP 130) rice meals. Both were served with unlimited Hainan rice.
