I had my first ever churros back in college when my Spanish professor set up a fair celebrating Spanish culture through music, lifestyle, and food. We had seafood paella and cinnamon churros. Last Tuesday night me and my two other friends, Charm and Sheila, enjoyed the launch of Freeway’s Nick Joaquin Collector’s Series with coffee and delectable treats from one of the best homegrown cafes in the country – Bo’s Coffee. Bo’s Coffee served some yummy treats such as brownies, banana muffins, oatmeal cookies, choco chip cookies, Bo’s Clubhouse & tuna sandwich.
