Have you tried Appeton milk to gain weight? Here’s my review.
I’m one of those people who acquired a double dose of the “skinny gene.” Yes, according to Science Daily and Mail Online UK, it really exists. I’m grateful that I don’t have to worry about my daily calorie intake and can eat whatever I want without putting on weight. But last year, I’ve dropped a significant 10 pounds, making me officially underweight and anorexic-looking. That was when I started to get anxious about my physical wellness.
I tried taking Appeton Weight Gain Milk for about a month or two and it was really effective. I gained at least 1-3 pounds per week, considering that I wasn’t regularly working out at the gym. They said that Appeton plus regular weight training exercise will let you gain weight efficiently.
Appeton Weight Gain is a high protein formula milk powder packed with amino acids needed for tissue growth. It is easily digested and absorbed by the body, leading to a gradual increase in weight.
Appeton is available in Chocolate and Vanilla flavors, with prices PhP 850 (450 grams) and PhP 1,495 (900 grams). You need to put aside a budget for this because you have to drink 2-3 glasses daily (one glass = 3 to 4 scoops), one hour after each meal.
Sustagen Premium is also effective though. I took it for almost 6 months after giving birth to my eldest and I really got chubbier. I think both Appeton and Sustagen also have the ones for kids, but make sure to consult your child’s pediatrician first before introducing a new milk brand to your child.
I’m pregnant at the moment and gained almost 20 pounds. I’m loving my curves right now (minus the baby bump) but I’m afraid that I’d go back to my normal super slim figure once I give birth this coming March or April. Focusing more on wellness has become my top priority for me and my family and I’m hoping for a “normal” weight range this year.
Appeton is available at The Landmark, Lazada, Mercury Drug, South Star Drug, St. Joseph Drug, and Watsons branches.
