Here are the winners of Giordano’s 20th Anniversary Design-a-Printed-Tee Contest with the theme “20 years of Giordano in the Philippines”. The tees are Pinoy-inspired, funky and fresh.

The grand prize winner that stood out among the rest of the entries was the design of Mr. Lheo Dayumat, who won Php 25,000 and a trip for two to Hong Kong. “Dayumat describes his work as inspired by the last 20 years of Philippine history. Sporting patriotic colors of yellow, blue, and red and adding Giordano’s tagline “ World Without Strangers“ made the design a true masterpiece.”

The criteria for judging were originality, relevance to the theme, and creative execution. The contest was launched during Giordano’s 20th anniversary and the designers rendered their ideas in male, female, or unisex oriented tees. 4 runner ups were chosen and the designs will be featured in Giordano’s 2010 fall/winter collection beginning September 25, 2010. The shirts are available at Php 599 each and sizes run from XXS to XL.
