These photos were taken from one of our food trips in the past at Oliver’s Sandwiches Glorietta 3 branch. Oliver’s Super Sandwiches menu mainly offers gourmet sandwiches but they also have salads, baked potatoes, and pasta dishes. We weren’t in the mood for sandwiches back then so here’s what we had for snack.

Caesar Salad (PhP 185)
Ray ordered Caesar Salad. It was one of those days that he wanted to lose weight so he opted to get some greens. It was a healthy dish indeed because they added pieces of whole wheat bread instead of baked and seasoned croutons.

Roast Beef Melt Baked Potato (PhP 174)
I’m one of those few lucky ones who can eat like a pig and still won’t get belly bulges. I haven’t followed any diet plans my whole life and I think my “slim” genes are a blessing in disguise. I can eat, munch, bite, chow down, swallow, gobble up, and feast upon plates and plates of food without having to feel guilty afterwards. So going back, I ordered Hot Baked Potato in Roast Beef Melt. Beef is a favorite meat choice for me. Nilagang Baka, Roast Beef, Beef Tapa, Bulalo, Beef Salpicao – just to name a few of my favored beef recipes. The baked potato was served steamy with melted cheddar cheese, raw onion rings, and thin slices of roast beef. The onions gave a slight kick to the overall taste. I liked that the potatoes were plain because the toppings were already flavorful.

Classic Carbonara (PhP 207)
I’d never say no to pasta with white sauce. And bacon. 🙂 Their pasta carbonara has a traditional taste, and was prepared with only the basic ingredients. I wished I had more sauce though.
