Conti’s Pastry Shop & Restaurant: Mini Cakes

Mango Bravo and Viennese Mocha Torte Mini Cakes
March 27, 2010. Before our family dinner at Gerry’s Grill I ordered cakes for the high school graduates, my brother Jerrel and my cousin Patrick.

Mango Bravo (Php 450) for Jerrel – Layers of sponge cake & meringue with real mango fruit mixed with cashews and cream, plus more mangoes and chocolate drippings on top – you’re missing half of your life if you haven’t tasted even a slice of this heavenly cake! Its light fruity taste and chilled creamy layers makes it half-cake and half-ice cream. Yum!

Congratulations Jerrel & Trick!

Viennese Mocha Torte (Php 450) for Trick – To oppose the fruity taste of Mango Bravo, I got a chocolate mocha cake. Rich chocolate cake & meringue with mocha butter cream mousse & chopped almonds – perfect for chocoholics and coffee addicts. I give my credits to the almonds and butter cream!

Me & Yen with Conti’s mini cakes!
