When I found out about living lockets, I was charmed! Soon enough I got myself my own glass locket from Charmed Life.

I am a trinket girl. My abubots from the past 2 decades are witnesses to my non-minimalist lifestyle. I collected stationeries (I had three full drawers of them), mail stamps, buttons, accessories (rings & pendants), crystals, and miniature versions of stuff that I love. I am attracted to all things cute, dainty (doesn’t always equate to feminine), shiny, vintage-y.. basically all things that are beautiful. I think there are habits and hobbies that stay with you when you grow old.. older. 🙂 

This necklace and locket combo which I bought months ago from Charmed Life is one of the precious trinkets from my stash. I got it for PhP 1,500.

I was torn between getting gold or rose gold, but I settled with rose gold because I think its pinkish tone looks unique.

Charmed Life lockets and chains are made from high-quality, hypoallergenic stainless steel. The charms (those tiny things inside) are made from hypoallergenic alloy.

For my initial charms, I chose the best mom, teacup, couple, and blog. The Best Mom charm is for my motherhood adventures. It also reminds me that although I’m not a perfect mom, I am commited to be the best mom my kids could ever have. The Teacup stands for my chill and laid-back personality (I also LOVE tea time!). The Couple charm is a symbol of my married life. And lastly, the word Blog represents my passion for blogging.

The two birthstones are symbols of my two treasures in life, my two boys — April (diamond) for N and December (topaz) for Z.

When changing charms, I twist the face side counter clockwise. I sometimes replace my charms with mini Swarovski crystals.

The locket is reversible, so it’s like having 2 lockets in 1! Good thing I have a silver [color] stainless steel chain. I also noticed that the back part has a ‘Charmed Life’ engraving.

I might get a couple of plates, a dangle, a gold locket, and a few more charms soon. Thank you Charmed Life for my personalized locket! 🙂

These lockets also make awesome gifts for V-day, anniversary, birthday, mother’s day, etc. I’m thinking of getting my loved ones their own lockets, too.
