“Once Upon a Moonlit Christmas” transformed SM City Valenzuela into a storybook holiday setting, bringing families together around a dazzling 34-foot Christmas tree, a glowing golden crescent moon and a sleek silver reindeer.

More than a festive display, the centerpiece created a space where families could gather, take photos and enjoy the Christmas season together. Its fairytale-inspired design blended familiar holiday traditions with a celestial nighttime setting, turning the mall’s main hall into a magical destination for holiday memories.

At the center of the scene stood the towering 34-foot Christmas tree, decorated with crimson and violet glass baubles, gold ornaments and festive ribbons. A glowing star crowned the tree, illuminating the display and drawing visitors into its enchanting holiday world.

A metallic gold crescent moon, silver reindeer and cloud-like formations complemented the centerpiece, while crystal drapes and illuminated golden stars created a starlit effect overhead.
At the base of the tree, a velvet-red throne trimmed in gold was surrounded by presents in gold, red and purple. The setup also served as a photo spot where families could take pictures and capture a keepsake from their holiday visit.

More than a Christmas display, “Once Upon a Moonlit Christmas” hopes to give families another reason to linger at SM City Valenzuela. From taking photos by the towering tree to admiring the moonlit details of the centerpiece, every visit offered a chance to gala to the max and enjoy the season with the people who matter most.

The centerpiece was part of SM Supermalls’ “SM Magical Sparkle” Christmas campaign, bringing festive installations and holiday experiences to malls across the country.
