We’ve just arrived at KidZania International Airport! 🙂 Actually, my eldest had requested that we visit KidZania Manila (a lot of times already that I lost count), ang sagot ko lagi, “Wait natin sa school field trip mo.”
So every year I was hoping na kasama ang KidZania sa list of venues, pero wala hahaha. That’s why when Mommy Lani of TweenselMom.com and Mommy Bloggers Philippines asked me if I could come to the MBP Christmas Party + KidZania Tour, I said yes kaagad! 🙂

KidZania Manila
Our first impression: It definitely looks like a bustling city under a blue sky.. only darker LOL. Sana medyo pailawan pa nila konti yung place. Konti lang. 🙂 Kasi I had to edit our photos’ brightness levels.
Our first stop — The Theater. Since it’s an event for bloggers, we were briefed about the [then] upcoming KidZania Manila Halloween Funfair.
So, what do kids have to do in KidZania? Kids get to experience “adulting”. They get to do job training and earn kidZos — the official currency of KidZania.
Kids get to experience 70+ role-playing activities in over 60 establishments in the city of KidZania. Ang dami diba!

This is a Census Plaque. It contains information about the activity inside an establishment such as the age requirement, how many kids can join, how long is the activity, and how much kidZos will the child earn.
There are also activities that kids are required to pay to gain new skills or degrees in universities.
His first activity — Pet Express Vet Clinic. Only kids are allowed inside so I had to watch from the window. He told me they were taught how to take care of animals, especially sick ones.
Beside the vet clinic is the MILO stadium. He didn’t join the activity because shoes other than rubber shoes aren’t allowed inside.. eh naka-pang Prince Charming Halloween costume siya. 🙂
There’s a BPI bank inside KidZania. Here, kids can deposit their hard-earned kidZos and activate their ATM cards. After activation, they may use their ATM cards to earn/pay in establishments. Galing noh, digital na lahat!
Hanggang dito sa KidZania mahaba rin ang pila sa bangko, LOL.
The Fire Station is the most popular establishment of KidZania. Ito yung nasa commercials na kids are putting the fire with a fire hose.
Z wasn’t able to join because that time, may school field trip kaming kasabay so ang haba ng pila. We had to wait for more than an hour. So goodbye na lang, may next time pa naman. Buti my son didn’t insist on doing the activity. Okay lang sa kanya na sa iba kami pumunta.
So, we went to an establishment na walang long queue — Honda Pit Crew Training. At first I thought it’s an auto repair activity, hindi pala.
Adults can join this activity so natuwa ako. We were taught how to change tires. Easy. Until we were told that we have to change tires as fast as we could. So ang Pit Crew pala, they are the ones who change the tires kapag may racing event. OKAY. Haha.
My son and I were excited to get the fastest time, but he was a bit slow because the wheels are heavy. Nasa 20+ place kami and it’s totally fine. Enjoy lang! 🙂
There should be a better photo of this na kasama ako but my mobile phone failed me. It crashed/turned off during the shot. I need a new phone but my I can’t afford pa ngayon hahaha.
FACT: I haven’t bought myself a mobile phone. EVER. Lahat regalo, sponsor, bigay. I think I should include this to my Life List — Buy a new mobile phone with awesome camera specs using my own money, LOL 🙂
A lot of kids were lining up for the car driving activity, so I let my son go to the Shell gasoline station (wala kasing pila!) to work as a gasoline boy. Because, why not? 🙂
We got hungry and buti na lang there’s a McDo nearby. At buti na lang din hindi kidZos ang pambayad sa food, because if that’s the case, we won’t be able to have our snacks hahaha.
The Marine Research Lab by Century Tuna is one of my favorites because:
- Adults may join the activity
- The activity focuses on the water pollution problem
- The lab looks real.
The Mezzanine
We checked out the Mezzanine area and there are still MORE establishments for kids to explore. Since each activity lasts for 20-30 minutes, there’s no way we can visit all the establishments in one day.
At the Mezzanine level, toddlers can play in the RightZKeepers’ House and get creative in the Kindergarten room. Beside the RightZKeepers’ is the breastfeeding room (look for the Baby Care room) for all breastfeeding mommas. 🙂
Z learned more about the importance of vitamins and medicines at the Pascual Laboratories Product lab.
Ice-cream making at Magnolia Ice Cream Factory! This was Z’s last activity just before KidZania closes for the day.
KidZania ends the day with a parade. We missed it but we’ll be catching it next time .:)
